  9. Membership Terms and Conditions

    • Citra Ayu Bridal Beauty & Spa membership is lifetime. Membership fee of $68.00 is non refundable. The card is non-transferable and may be used by the person whose name is shown on the card.
    • Benefits - 10% discounts on products purchase minimum purchase of $500 1st year of membership. Otherwise, your membership will only entitle you to product discounts of 10%.
    • Benefits - 20% discounts on all services other than bridal packages and its accompanying services.
    • Discounts are not applicable with other prevailing special offers or promotions. All sales are final and refunds will not be entertained.
    • Should any disputes arise from the use of the card, the decision by the management of Citra Ayu Bridal Beauty & Spa is final.
    • Citra Ayu reserves the right to reject any application and to terminate a membership without refunds if the terms and conditions are not complied with.
